Euro Release, LoD Domination Continues

With the frustration of this release it is a surprise that any guilds were able to get in game. While many guilds could not cut it, LoD was another story. The members that were able to get in game started it off with a bang.

The Lords of Death accomplished two firsts for the Euro release of Darkfall. LoD was the first guild formed, as well as the first town claimed. This is thanks to the dedication of our members that were able to get online. LoD is a well oiled machine and we challenge anyone to take us up on our supremacy.

Now, keep in mind that according to the latest patch notes, a clan can only claim one stone every 24 hours, so those shires that have been assigned more than one stone will need to assign their second or third holdings to a subclan to hold so that they can be secured as soon as possible.

It is every shire’s responsibility to claim their fief! Please name your clans by your territory name, and then use your forum name as the motto, for example:

The Republic of Texas : Motto, “The Lone Star State”

The Barony of Urth: Motto, “The Society of the Anvil”

The Crowned Republic of Aquileia: Motto “The Silver Sun Republic”

The Kingdom of Hyperion: Motto “Lumen Solis Victrix” (Old SB and AC clan name)

Winterblades calls out LoD

Late into the evening, just days before release, Winterblades issued an official challenge to LoD.

Just as the servers came up, Winterblades decided to put together a raiding crew to see how much drama they could stir up at the infamous LoD Keep. With LoD members pre-occupied f5'ing through the pre-order selection, LoD was taken by slight surprise when this small but effecient seige hammer weilding crew showed up and knocked on the bank door.

As LoD architects spent their time wisely divising release plans and strategies, Winterblades felt it would be a good opportunity to try gain some e-peen fame by riding the LoD coattails and emerging from the "non-factor beta guild" category.

Threatening us is laughable.

Unfortunately for Winterblades, every attack against LoD, including beta, will result in an equal and opposite reaction. I hope your "laughable" journey to LoD's bank was worth your guilds demise once the stakes actually matter.

LoD Beta Fun Part 3: Gay Exploiters!

It's nothing new.  LoD being accused of exploiting.  Don't forget, in SB we were European hackers that convinced GMs to do our bidding.  Apparently in DF we have a "radar hack" an "aimbot" and a "speedhack".  Obama is also LoD's Manchurian candidate and we fooled Americans into believing we actually landed on the moon.
